Red Belt - 3rd Assistant Instructor

Red Belt is the 11th level of the system.

At this level, the disciple will continue advanced level expectations of stances, exercises, and tumbling.

The disciple will now be challenged mentally, physically, and spiritually through rigorous training.

Red Belt level self defense technique should demonstrate a highly confident ability to escape from most single and multiple encounters.

As a disciple of a Master Instructor, they are required to put forth extra effort in every aspect of their training.

At this level, the disciple will learn the final section of Shikata Kaze and the fourth section of Shikata Hi.
