Black Belt - 5th Dan

Black Belt - 5th Dan is the 17th level of the system and the 2nd level of Master Instructor.

At this level, the disciple will be able to run multiple schools, promote Assistant Instructors, and Certify all levels up to 4th Dan.

A minimum of five years is required before becoming eligible for 6th Dan.

Black Belt level self defense technique should demonstrate a confident ability to escape from every single attack style as well as multiple encounters.

At this level, the disciple will have learned all techniques, kata, exercises, philosophies, and methods taught in the entire system.

There is no test for 5th Dan. Only time and dedication which represents development of the system is required for promotion.
