Blue Belt - 1st Assistant Instructor

Blue Belt Assistant Instructor is the 7th level of the system and a 1st level Disciple.

At this level, the disciple will further their mastery of intermediate level stances, exercises, techniques, and tumbling and begin to learn to teach new students.

The disciple will continue step sparring and full sparring as well as perfect basic level techniques.

Blue Belt level self defense technique should demonstrate a fairly confident ability to escape most encounters

As a disciple of a Master Instructor, they are required to put forth extra effort in every aspect of their training.

At this level, the disciple will continue Shikata Tsuchi and Shikata Kaze.
