In motion, Earth will follow push pull motions and consist of a strength-focused, crushing nature.
In its mental form, Earth is the solid mind and the non-corruptible. Practitioners will learn to counter
stresses and other such onslaughts brought about through daily life by utilizing tolerance and patience.
